Forsyth and Tedd Wax Jacket Sizing
Our wax coats are made in two shapes:
- Straight Back – as it sounds, these coats are straight across the back and aimed at dogs who carry their tail up, but can worn by any dog.
- Curved Back – these coats are aimed more at the sighthounds of the world who carry their tails down, like whippets or greyhounds.
Once you’ve decided which shape coat you would like take the following measurements:
Measurement A
Take a measurement along the back from the neck , just below the collar to the base of the tail.
Measurement B
Take the second measurement around the neck, just below the collar, add add a little to ensure you leave plenty of space for your dog!
Sizing Chart
Now you have your measurements, refer to the charts below; find the largest of the two sizes you recorded, rounding up if necessary.
For instance, if you have measurements as A: 61 (rounded up to 64 size 4) and B: 42 (size 3), you would need a size 4.
