We also use Hubspot CRM to store your information. HubSpot participates in and has certified its compliance with, the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. This means that your information is transferred to and stored at a destination outside of the EEA and the security in place meets the level of protection required under the General Data Protection Regulations.  By submitting your data to us you agree to this transfer.

Finally, the only way we may share your Personal Information is to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
